UI/UX Designer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HCI/Interaction design or related field or equivalent experience
• Preferred 3+ years of experience
• Creates wireframes and UI designs for an application (desktop, mobile and/or web); may create UI designs based upon more senior members wireframes
• Participates in user research. Would participate with other designers in user groups as a contributor.
• Works with development and quality team members supporting the implementation and testing of their work.
• Proficient in UX design for at least one form factor (mobile, tablet, desktop)
• Proficient in the use of software packages to create wireframes and user interfaces
• Proficient in the use web technologies - HTML, CSS, and browser capabilities across platforms.
• A highly experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; Has wide-ranging experiences, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
• Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
