Recruiting &amp; Sourcing<ol><li data-list="bullet">Búsqueda activa de perfiles IT en LinkedIn, portales de empleo, comunidades tech y otras fuentes relevantes.</li><li data-list="bullet">Armado y gestión de pipelines de candidatos para posiciones activas.</li><li data-list="bullet">Primer contacto y calificación de candidatos (outreach, mensajes de acercamiento, seguimiento).</li><li data-list="bullet">Realización de entrevistas para evaluar fit técnico básico y cultural.</li><li data-list="bullet">Publicación de búsquedas en comunidades, grupos y plataformas especializadas.</li><li data-list="bullet">Carga y actualización de información en nuestro ATS.</li></ol> Soporte administrativo y documentación<ol><li data-list="bullet">Organización y actualización de documentos internos del área de reclutamiento.</li><li data-list="bullet">Apoyo en tareas de back office y gestión de procesos internos.</li><li data-list="bullet">Asistencia en la coordinación de entrevistas y comunicación con candidatos.</li></ol> ¿Qué buscamos?<ol><li data-list="bullet">Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral</li><li data-list="bullet">Actitud proactiva y capacidad para gestionar varias tareas en paralelo.</li><li data-list="bullet">Estudios en curso o recién finalizados en RRHH, Psicología, Comunicación, Administración o carreras afines.</li><li data-list="bullet">Interés genuino en el recruiting IT y el mundo de la tecnología.</li><li data-list="bullet">Inglés avanzado (excluyente) ya que va a realizar entrevistas en inglés.</li><li data-list="bullet">Manejo básico de Google Workspace y herramientas de AI</li><li data-list="bullet">Se priorizarán candidatos con al menos 1 año de experiencia previa en reclutamiento de perfiles IT.</li></ol> ¿Qué ofrecemos?<ol><li data-list="bullet">Trabajo part-time compatible con estudios - 100% remoto</li><li data-list="bullet">Exposición real a procesos de recruiting IT desde el primer día.</li><li data-list="bullet">Aprendizaje directo con un equipo especializado en talento tech de LATAM.</li><li data-list="bullet">Posibilidad de crecimiento dentro del equipo.</li></ol>
