Day-to-Day

• ● Contribute to the end-to-end design process, from identifying design opportunities to implementing new features and enhancements, ensuring comprehensive involvement in product development.
• ● Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to prioritize features, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs aligned with product goals.
• ● Contribute to maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI components for product consistency and scalability. Also, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate proposed solutions.
• ● Support best practices in design by staying informed about customer needs, technology advancements, and product value propositions. Actively promote data-driven, user-centered design principles within the team.
• ● Demonstrate expertise in applying UI/visual design principles, working independently on interface design with minimal supervision.
• ● Exhibit best practices and advanced skills in designing interface controls, interaction patterns, and workflows to prototype solutions for complex interaction problems.
• ● Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to contribute to continuous product and process improvement.

Qualifications

• ● Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• ● 3 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects. Experience designing with mobile and desktop applications is a plus.
• ● Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• ● Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• ● Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and solving complex design challenges.
• ● We have an international team. You have to be English fluent (have to be able to write and speak, doesn’t have to be advanced)
