Your Impact

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you play a vital role in leading our product team in delivering cutting-edge solutions. This role is for someone with a strong technical background who can bridge the gap between engineering and business, driving product vision while ensuring technical excellence to enable seamless communication across all boundaries.


Day-to-Day

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to post-launch optimization. Manage release cycles, coordinating sprints, planning, and Agile processes to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Data- Driven Decision Making: Continuously monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on features to improve user experience. Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, track KPIs, and measure success.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Align closely with the growth team to ensure product development meets customer needs and drives successful launches. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement, keeping the focus on delivering value to our customers.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior product managers and cultivate a culture of growth and innovation. Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and working towards shared goals.
  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Regularly review product performance and customer feedback, making data-driven adjustments to improve the product. Lead post-launch analysis to identify successes, areas for improvement, and opportunities for future development.


Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Over 5 years in product management of technical products.
  • Experience in leading teams and complex development cycles.


Technical Expertise:

  • Solid grasp of software development, including Agile.
  • Cloud Platforms: In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and modern technologies, with little to no explanation needed.
  • Technical architecture experience is ideal.


Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication skills; can explain technical concepts to various audiences.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive team collaboration.
  • We have an international team. You have to be English fluent for now (has to be able to write and speak, doesn’t have to be advanced).
