About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to spearhead design initiatives for our core products. This role is a unique opportunity to merge creativity with innovation across product design, UX, and strategy. You will collaborate with team members globally, working together to build and refine our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Product Design: Drive the design of web3 products that meet both user and business needs, while challenging conventional design standards.
• Innovative Feature Design: Create new features for web3 products, enhancing usability and scale for users.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Take a product from ideation through design, branding, prototyping, and final execution.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with product and engineering teams to bring your designs to life.
• User Research & UX: Conduct research to understand user behavior and improve product experiences.
• Ecosystem Support: Occasionally collaborate with partners in the ecosystem on design-related projects to ensure alignment with our broader mission.

What We’re Looking For:

• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, including UX, visual design, and strategic thinking.
• Professional experience in product design, including UX research, visual communication, and design systems.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product teams.
• A proven ability to simplify complex problems and design intuitive solutions.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in creating and developing a design language, including iconography and illustrations.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience at a design agency or product-focused company, especially in consumer products, gaming, or rewards programs.
• Familiarity with user testing and iterating on feedback.
• Experience in launching new products from the ground up.
