Research Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will conduct market research on industrial assets, build out robust asset catalogs for the 1000’s of unique assets on our platform, and augment or reconcile customer data sets using our proprietary technology.

Responsibilities

• Research and compile data from multiple online sources including websites, documents, emails and other mediums. 
• Build asset catalogs by aggregating data on industrial equipment including technical specifications, dimensions, market pricing and operation manuals. 
• Augment customer data sets with company’s data, optimizing for speed and accuracy
• Interface with Product and Engineering to develop queryable data sets using spreadsheet software
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during data processing in a timely manner
• Work alongside the client success team to facilitate customer success

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in research, data entry, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience using MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets, Gmail
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal mediums. Advanced mastery of the English language including spelling, grammer, and punctuation
• 60+ WPM typing speed with outstanding accuracy
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and effectively prioritize to achieve deadlines
• Ability to learn new tools, technologies, and processes easily and adapt to an ever-changing environment
