Recruiter Coordinator

We’re on the lookout for a Recruiting Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. This position is based in Argentina, requiring advanced English proficiency and the flexibility to align with PST time zones.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring every candidate has a seamless and exceptional recruitment journey. Collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, you’ll be at the heart of our talent acquisition process, optimizing workflows and delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:


  • Schedule and coordinate complex interviews (phone, virtual, onsite, and presentation) across multiple time zones and regions.
  • Manage recruitment logistics, including travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and generating offer letters.
  • Ensure timely completion of background checks in compliance with global standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Master recruitment tools like Workday, Goodtime, Quip, Slack, and Google Suite.
  • Lead and contribute to team projects, collaborating locally and globally.
  • Analyze data and leverage insights to drive process improvements and enhance recruitment outcomes.


Requirements:


  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Based in Argentina with the ability to work across PST time zones.
  • Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer- or client-facing role.
  • 1+ year of experience in an operational or administrative position.
