Job Responsibilities:

  • Configure and launch advertising campaigns on mobile and web platforms.
  • Basic knowledge in the advertising campaigns with MMP platforms like Appsflyer, to track performance accurately.
  • Ensure campaigns are properly integrated with the relevant DSPs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with traffic sources such as ad networks, social media platforms, and affiliate partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to optimize results.
  • Regularly review the quality and performance of traffic sources to ensure they meet the desired standards.
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues related to tracking, data discrepancies, or integration problems with traffic sources or the MMP.
  • Implement and monitor anti-fraud measures to protect against invalid traffic and fraudulent activities.
  • Work with internal teams to develop optimization strategies based on data analysis.
  • Generate and share detailed reports on campaign performance with stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of different traffic sources and marketing channels through attribution analysis provided by the MMP.
  • Work closely with internal teams such to ensure alignment and support for campaign initiatives.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with traffic source representatives and MMP support teams to ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical MMP implementations and the resolution of any related issues.


Requirements (mandatory/nice to have)

  • Previous experience in an AdOps role or similar, preferably within an ad network -1 or 2 years
  • Experience in traffic analysis 
  • Basic knowledge in advertising campaigns with MMP platforms like Appsflyer, to track performance accurately.
  • Ensure campaigns are properly integrated with the relevant DSPs
  • Ability to generate detailed reports.
  • Knowledge of ad server configuration and management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team in English and Spanish
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
