Role Overview:

Seeking a Solutions Support Engineer to lead design and planning of scalable technical solutions, minimize direct development work, provide architectural guidance, optimize system performance, and troubleshoot urgent technical challenges.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Align technical strategy with business goals alongside product and engineering leadership.
  2. Design and document scalable, efficient, maintainable technical solutions and provide architectural guidance.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and develop proof of concept implementations.
  4. Troubleshoot and diagnose critical system issues to avoid prolonged disruptions.
  5. Support development teams by removing blockers and preventing unnecessary deep-dive investigations.
  6. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to optimize system performance.


Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar in SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech.
  2. Programming experience using Python in production; ability to write and optimize SQL queries; Javascript/Node.js experience a plus.
  3. Strong background in system architecture, cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), and REST API design.
  4. Experience with microservices, integrations, and scalable infrastructure.
  5. Excellent communication skills, bridging technical teams and business stakeholders.
  6. Familiarity with debugging tools and rapid issue resolution techniques.
