Software Engineer (.NET)

What You’ll Do Here

● Build, develop, test, and deploy .NET solutions across multiple platforms including REST APIs and web applications

● Develop APIs that power different areas of the business

● Take part in code review activities

● Contribute to spikes for defining new features in support of the product team

Experience We’re Looking For

● 8+ years of development experience with .NET and C#

● Up to date with a broad range of modern technologies

● RESTful Services experience (developing both services and service clients)

● Experience working with AI, Claude code, Kiro

● Building database-driven applications in .NET

● Experience with SQL databases, with noSQL technologies such as Mongo preferred

● Familiarity with .NET 8

● Solid experience with Azure or AWS

● Experience with Docker container virtualization

● Strong commitment to unit, integration, and performance testing

● Deep understanding of and strong perspectives on software development processes

○ Code structure, test-driven development, unit testing

○ Strong understanding of and opinions on source control practices - Git branching strategies

○ Experience working within DevOps and CI/CD environments

● Comfortable with architecting and designing large-scale systems

○ Designing systems with scalability in mind

○ Designing for high performance - low latency and high throughput

○ Architecting to support scalable teams

○ Comfortable evaluating and adopting new technologies

This role may occasionally require after-hours support work and participation in an on-call rotation based on business requirements.
