Full Time - Long Term - Semi Senior

What You’ll Do

  1. Design and execute the content strategy (blogs, guides, educational resources, lead magnets).
  2. Manage and grow our client newsletter with a focus on engagement and conversion.
  3. Create and optimize lead magnets (checklists, ebooks, workshops, playbooks, templates).
  4. Optimize our client website (copy, landing pages, on-page SEO, conversion, A/B testing of messaging).
  5. Lead the production and promotion of webinars, workshops, and online events in collaboration with Growth and Partnerships.
  6. Manage UGC and social media (primarily LinkedIn) with a focus on reach, engagement, and demand generation.
  7. Use AI tools to create, iterate, and scale content (copy, images, research, outlines, SEO, etc.).
  8. Analyze content and channel performance (traffic, leads, conversions) and drive continuous improvements.

Must-Have

  1. AI-first mindset (you actively use AI to create, research, optimize, and scale content).
  2. Strong focus on inbound lead generation and organic demand creation.
  3. Experimentation mindset (A/B testing copy, landing pages, messaging, CTAs, content formats).
  4. Tech-savvy, curious, and comfortable testing new tools.
  5. Truly hands-on: you execute, publish, measure, and optimize yourself.
  6. Ability to work autonomously as the sole Marketing owner.
  7. Advanced English to create content for founders operating in the U.S.

Nice to Have

  1. Previous experience in B2B / SaaS startups.
  2. Knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and content growth loops.
  3. Experience managing communities or educational content.
