Responsabilities
- Design and Development: Create and maintain training materials such as manuals, user guides, videos, and interactive resources tailored to adult learners.
- Program Evaluation and Improvement: Implement training evaluation methods, gather feedback, analyze effectiveness, and refine programs based on data-driven insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong collaboration across project teams, business units, and regional leads to ensure seamless execution of global training initiatives.
- Change Enablement Support: Work in tandem with Change Management to align training content with broader change strategies and drive successful user adoption.
Requirements
- Native English speaker (written and verbal communication skills must be exceptional).
- Strong graphic design abilities; ability to present content in visually appealing and accessible formats.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Articulate 360, Captivate, Canva, and/or similar tools.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design, training development, or learning management, preferably in a technical or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the latest trends in corporate training and enablement.
- Data-driven mindset: ability to use qualitative and quantitative feedback to improve training outcomes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different time zones.
- Experience working in global or multicultural environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce technologies or previous enablement experience within Salesforce ecosystems.
- Certification in Instructional Design, Change Management (e.g., PROSCI), or related fields is a plus.
