Junior Growth - In-App

We're looking for a Junior Growth professional to join the In-App team and work hands-on across the full campaign lifecycle, from launching and optimizing campaigns to validating results and protecting traffic quality. You'll work closely with senior team members on client accounts, manage day-to-day communication with media partners, and learn how performance, tracking, and fraud prevention fit together in a performance agency.

What you'll do:

1. Monitor UA and RT campaigns daily and flag changes in key metrics (CPA, CPI, CVR, ROAS, retention).
2. Analyze performance by media source, GEO, campaign, and creative, and suggest optimizations to the team.
3. Pull and review data in MMPs like AppsFlyer and Adjust, and help investigate discrepancies between MMP, partner, and client numbers.
4. Learn to spot suspicious traffic patterns and support the team on traffic quality and fraud checks.
5. Be a day-to-day contact for media partners on performance, tracking, and optimization requests.
6. Help with tracking setup and testing when onboarding new media sources.
7. Support monthly conversion validation and prepare regular performance reports.

What we are looking for:

1. 1+ year of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, or Digital Marketing, ideally in mobile apps or at an agency or ad network.
2. Basic knowledge of In-App UA and Retargeting, and how CPI/CPA models work.
3. Experience or familiarity with MMPs, preferably AppsFlyer or Adjust.
4. Strong analytical skills and solid Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, large raw data files).
5. Clear understanding of performance marketing KPIs and how they connect to business results.
6. Good written and spoken English for daily partner and client communication. Spanish is a strong plus, given our LATAM focus.
7. A proactive, curious, detail-oriented mindset: you notice when numbers don't add up and dig until you know why.
