The Role
The Head of Revenue will own ARR/NRR and lead the GTM system across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success/Account Management, Partnerships, and Community. Responsibilities include demand generation, new business, post-sales expansion/retention, forecasting, pricing & packaging, and aligning teams on a unified funnel. The role involves direct collaboration with the CEO and preparing the company for Series A.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage revenue OKRs and KPIs across the funnel
- Establish RevOps processes: CRM hygiene, funnel SLAs, attribution, pipeline coverage, dashboards, and forecasting
- Design and implement pricing & packaging strategies
- Lead commercial motion across Sales and CS/AM, including playbooks and enablement
- Orchestrate demand generation through Marketing, community, and partnerships
- Originate and manage strategic partnerships and channels
- Lead and develop the GTM team, including hiring and performance management
- Maintain instrumentation and reporting for executive and board updates
- Ensure Series A readiness with strong metrics and growth mechanics
Success Metrics
- 360° revenue audit and unified funnel definitions in the first 90 days
- RevOps backbone live, pricing/packaging experiments, and churn/expansion plan approved
- NRR ≥ 105-110%, reduced churn, increased ARPA, and higher recurring revenue within 12 months
- CAC payback and forecast accuracy within targets
- Repeatable partner-sourced pipeline and improved win-rate/cycle-time
Requirements
- 6-10+ years of B2B revenue leadership in SaaS or tech-enabled services at Seed-Series B stages (mandatory)
- Experience with ARR/NRR ownership, RevOps, and delivery against forecasts
- Hands-on leadership across Marketing, Sales, CS/AM, and Partnerships
- Experience setting and driving revenue OKRs and KPIs, and reporting to founders/boards
- Proven experience in pricing & packaging, expansion, and churn reduction
- Data-driven, fluent in unit economics and cohort analysis
- Advanced English (spoken and written) required; Spanish and/or Portuguese are a plus
