We are hiring a Growth and Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own lead management, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation across HubSpot and Salesforce. This role supports capturing, nurturing, qualifying, and converting leads into sales-ready opportunities through data-driven campaigns, optimized forms, and seamless CRM integrations.
You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure leads are flowing cleanly through the funnel, lifecycle stages are accurate, and campaigns directly impact pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Lifecycle Marketing
- Report on the end-to-end lead lifecycle, from first touch through opportunity creation
- Execute Develop targeted audience segments and nurture sequences that improve lead engagement and conversion
- Ensure leads can progress through the funnel as business needs evolve
- Maintain clean, usable lists for paid marketing campaigns
- Test new growth ideas across acquisition, nurture, and conversion stages
Email & Campaign Execution
- Create, test, and deploy automated email campaigns (drip, nurture) using HubSpot
- Segment audiences based on behavior, attributes, and lead status/lifecycle stage
- Continuously optimize email performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions)
- Collaborate with content and lead gen teams on messaging and campaign strategy
- Write and refine email content that is clear, compelling, and aligned with brand voice
- Analyze lifecycle performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion) to identify optimization opportunities.
- Ensure consistent messaging between performance channels, lifecycle programs, and broader content marketing.
Forms, Conversion & Data Flow
- Build and optimize HubSpot forms to maximize conversion rates
- Ensure all form submissions properly sync to Salesforce with correct field mapping
- Validate that leads are assigned, routed, and visible to Sales in real time
- Monitor and troubleshoot any breakdowns in lead flow or data integrity
HubSpot & Salesforce Integration
- Support the HubSpot–Salesforce integration by collaborating with RevOps, including field mapping and sync rules
- Ensure clean, accurate data between systems
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to align on definitions, handoff points, and reporting
- Support opportunity creation and attribution tracking from marketing efforts
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
- Partner with designers to develop ad creative and landing page experiences that align with campaign messaging and drive conversion.
- Provide clear input on ad copy, keywords, and campaign concepts to ensure alignment across creative assets.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to refine messaging strategies.
Who We Are Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automation
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce/emailing tools, or other email/CRM platform
- Proven experience managing lead nurturing, drip campaigns, and lifecycle programs
- Solid understanding of B2B funnels, lead qualification, and opportunity creation
- Strong analytical mindset with experience optimizing for conversion and growth
- Audience segmentation expertise across both acquisition and lifecycle channels
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to develop creative email content that drives engagement and conversion
- Experience collaborating with design and content teams
- Familiarity with HTML, Canva, or similar tools for light creative editing
- Self-starter comfortable working independently with minimal oversight

- HubSpot certifications (Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Lifecycle Marketing)
- Familiarity with advanced HubSpot automation and lead scoring
- Experience working closely with RevOps or Sales Ops teams
- Knowledge of attribution models and pipeline reporting
- A/B testing and experimentation experience
Work Hours & Commitment
- Full-time and fully remote, with preference for availability during core Eastern Standard Time.
