External IT Recruiter
What will be your tasks?
- Source candidates for different positions and clients
- Identify the technologies requested on the job description
- Record each activity in our ATS
- Conduct interviews and check out requirements
- Follow up of each candidate during the client’s selection process
What we expect from you:
- Previous experience in IT recruiting.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency to be able to write emails/DMs on LinkedIn
- Ability to conduct full interviews in English.
- Experience as a freelancer.
- Be active and committed.
- Great communication skills
- Great management and organizational skills
- Strong results orientation
- Proactivity and autonomy
We will mainly consider individuals who work 100% as freelancers
