External IT Recruiter

What will be your tasks?

 

  • Source candidates for different positions and clients
  • Identify the technologies requested on the job description
  • Record each activity in our ATS
  • Conduct interviews and check out requirements
  • Follow up of each candidate during the client’s selection process
  •  

What we expect from you:

  • Previous experience in IT recruiting.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency to be able to write emails/DMs on LinkedIn
  • Ability to conduct full interviews in English.
  • Experience as a freelancer.
  • Be active and committed.
  • Great communication skills
  • Great management and organizational skills
  • Strong results orientation
  • Proactivity and autonomy
