Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

As we expand, we seek a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in driving financial insights, strategic planning, and reporting through Power BI and advanced financial analytics. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making, with a strong emphasis on credit analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience in private credit, financial modeling, and using Power BI to create insightful dashboards and reports. This role requires a deep understanding of credit performance metrics, risk assessment, and financial projections to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support business decisions.

Create senior management reporting across the business for monthly and quarterly business reviews

Design and build dynamic Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights into financial and credit performance.

Analyze loan portfolio performance, credit risk, and key financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

Support capital allocation strategies by assessing risk-adjusted returns on credit investments.

Work closely with finance, risk, and business teams to provide strategic insights for growth and efficiency.

Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and performance tracking across the business.

Prepare financial presentations, investor reports, and management summaries with clear data visualization.

Conduct industry benchmarking and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Ensure compliance with financial reporting and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CFA preferred).

3-6 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, credit risk analytics, or corporate finance.

Strong expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools.

Experience in private credit, lending, or fintech financial analysis preferred.

Understanding of key credit metrics, risk assessment, and loan performance analysis.

Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Highly analytical with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
