UI UX Designer

Requirements:

• 5+ yrs experience
• Design thinking methodology knowledge
• Knowledge of heuristic evaluation
• Proven experience in software environments.
• Her/his portfolio must show research and/or user testing cases
• Good english communication skills
• Be able to leave aside own ideas to put user needs first
• Be able to explain to the team the reasons of the design decisions presented, and to display facts if needed.
• Understand the difference between facts and assumptions to be able to make a plan to validate those assumptions.
• Uxpin tool desirable
• Familiar with project management tool (Asana, Jira)
• Experience with at least on the following: Ecommerce, Market place, SaaS platform
