Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a System Engineer to help build and support the ultimate voice-based conversational
AI. We’re looking for coders and creators with a refined code sense: people who’ve built cool things, but
also enjoy scaling and operating those things, and who feel proud seeing their code run well in
production. The ideal candidates would have professional experience on a stack serving millions of
users, be proficient with Python and/or Golang and have some amount of experience (either
professional or personal) in NLP.
 

Desirable Skills Include:
 Microservices Architecture
 Go
 Python
 CI/CD
Experience
 3-5 years of experience in working with infrastructure as code
 Experience with basic backend engineering and Rest APIs
 At least 1 year in Python or Golang
 Comfortable developing, maintaining DevOps pipelines
 Strong experience working with cloud services - AWS or GCP preferred
 Exposure to NLP/AI/ML is a huge plus
 

Responsibilities
 Be part of on-call rotation to respond to urgent bugs or production outages
 Proactively identify and fix infrastructure bottlenecks
 Understanding and maintenance of CM/CI/CD processes as well as their integration with GCP
 Work with complicated use cases of Kubernetes (In a production environment)
 Knowledge of working in an Agile environment infrastructure As Code
 Develop, integrate and support features in the core server stack
