The role and its challenges
Develop a world class payment platform for LATAM and the world.
Work on the growth and scalability of the product based on our clients' requirements.
Define development priorities based on the product roadmap, aligned with business objectives and the capabilities of our IT team.
Define and consult the main KPIs and make decisions based on their evolution.
Perform maintenance and prioritization of the product backlog with the IT team.
Work together with the IT team to evaluate the technical feasibility of proposals and align solutions with the product vision.
Lead communication with other stakeholders, being able to align expectations and adjust priorities.
Promote product development based on constant experimentation and data-backed decision making.
Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner (desirable in B2B business).
Lead a product development team, define the strategy and assign responsibilities.
Knowledge and interaction with agile methodologies, Jira and Confluence tools.
Be comfortable working in dynamic work environments.
Be able to understand the requirements of our customers and our business to build solutions that fit their needs.
Experience working in interdisciplinary teams (Product - IT - UX).
Knowledge of tools related to data mining and analysis.
Intermediate level of English (oral and written).
Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Administration, Marketing, Finance, Technology or related.
Master's degree desirable.
